When I first saw this stamp among the others I received from Russia this is what crossed my mind. Is it a Stamp or a Currency?

To serve the interests of philatelists in India and abroad an authentic magazine providing philatelic information, views, a place to express opinion and to bring likeminded people together was a long felt need.
